Full price listAbout BYD in the Philippines
BYD relaunched in the Philippines in 2023, with ACMobility, the Ayala group's mobility company, as distributor through Mobility Access Philippines Ventures, Inc. (MAPVI). BYD sells no gasoline-only or diesel-only cars here. Every model is either fully electric or a plug-in hybrid, and the official price list has 15 nameplates, from small city cars to a seven-seat MPV and a pickup. ACMobility also runs a public charging network, with a charging map on its website, which helps with trip planning.
The range splits into three groups. Full Electric models run from the ₱968,000 Seagull city car to the ₱3,421,000 Tang seven-seat SUV. Super DM-i plug-in hybrids pair a gasoline engine with a battery you can charge at home, and they start at ₱948,000 for the New Seal 5 DM-i sedan. The Shark 6 DMO is a plug-in hybrid pickup with all-wheel drive, from ₱2,388,000.
Prices in this catalog are BYD Cars Philippines SRPs valid as of July 28, 2026, and they were still listed in November. BYD notes that provincial prices may be slightly higher because of transport and logistics costs. The warranty is 6 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle, and 8 years or 160,000 km for the traction battery and electric motor. Range figures on BYD's spec sheets mix NEDC, WLTP and unstated cycles, so compare them with care.

BYD Philippines FAQ
What does BYD's warranty cover in the Philippines?
Per BYD Cars Philippines, the vehicle warranty is 6 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. The traction battery and the electric motor and drive unit are covered for 8 years or 160,000 km, with the battery guaranteed to keep at least 70 percent state of health. Some parts have shorter terms, such as 1 year or 20,000 km for the 12V battery.
Should I buy a BYD EV or a DM-i plug-in hybrid?
If you can charge at home and mostly drive within Metro Manila or a nearby province, an EV such as the Dolphin or Atto 3 keeps running costs lowest. If you take long trips to places with few chargers, a DM-i like the Seal 5 DM-i or Sealion 6 DM-i lets you drive on electricity day to day and on gasoline when you need the range.
Are BYD cars exempt from number coding?
Battery-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles fall under the EVIDA law (RA 11697), which exempts EVs from number coding. Make sure the OR/CR shows the correct fuel type when the dealer registers the car with the LTO.
