Full price listAbout Suzuki in the Philippines
Suzuki's Philippine company began as a 1975 joint venture that built motorcycles. It became the wholly owned Suzuki Philippines Inc. in 1985, started selling cars in 1999, and moved its plant from Pasig to Calamba, Laguna in 2012. By March 2025 it had sold about 220,000 cars here, a small number next to its motorcycle business.
The car lineup is small and practical. The S-Presso is the cheapest Suzuki passenger car at ₱634,000. The Dzire sedan and the Fronx crossover cover first-time buyers, and the Ertiga, XL7 and APV carry families. The Carry is a light truck for small businesses and is the cheapest Suzuki overall. The Jimny comes in three-door and five-door forms, and the e Vitara, launched at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show, is the brand's first electric car here. Two familiar names are gone: the Celerio was dropped in 2025 and the Swift by early 2026.
Many Suzukis now wear a Hybrid badge, but these are 12-volt mild hybrids. A small motor-generator helps the gasoline engine and runs the stop-start system, and the car cannot move on electric power alone. Fuel savings are modest, and whether mild hybrids qualify for the number-coding exemption under the EVIDA law has been disputed. Suzuki also lists separate, higher SRPs for Visayas and Mindanao, usually ₱50,000 above the standard price and ₱70,000 on the Jimny models.

Suzuki Philippines FAQ
Are Suzuki prices the same nationwide?
No. Suzuki lists a separate SRP for Visayas and Mindanao. For most models it is ₱50,000 above the standard SRP; for the Jimny and Jimny 5-Door the difference is ₱70,000. Ask the dealer which price applies where you buy.
Are Suzuki hybrids exempt from number coding?
Not automatically. The Dzire, Fronx GLX/SGX, Ertiga and XL7 use a 12-volt mild-hybrid system. The DOE's EVIDA rules clearly cover full hybrids, plug-in hybrids and EVs, while the status of mild hybrids has been disputed. Check the DOE's list of certified vehicles for your exact model and ask the dealer about the green plate before counting on the exemption. The e Vitara, as a battery EV, is covered.
What happened to the Suzuki Swift and Celerio?
Both have left the Philippine lineup. Suzuki dropped the Celerio in 2025, and the Swift was reported off sale in early 2026. The S-Presso (from ₱634,000) and the Dzire (from ₱920,000) are now the brand's small-car options.
