GX3 Pro overview
The GX3 Pro is the cheapest Geely in the Philippines and one of the few brand-new crossovers under ₱800,000. ZigWheels lists two versions: the S with a manual gearbox at ₱729,000 and the Comfort with a CVT at ₱799,000, the same prices Geely announced when it relaunched in February 2025. Both use a 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine rated at 101 hp and 142 Nm, with front-wheel drive.
It is really a raised hatchback. At 4,005 mm long it is about the size of a subcompact hatch, but it sits 185 mm off the ground, which helps on rough barangay roads and in flooded streets during the rainy season. Geely lists semi-bucket front seats and an 8-inch infotainment screen, and the cargo area holds 400 liters. The 45-liter tank is a sensible size for a car this small, and a full tank goes a long way in city driving.
The engine output is modest, so think of this as a city car first. It makes sense for first-time buyers and small families who want a new car for roughly the price of a good used one. The ₱70,000 step up to the Comfort buys the CVT, and that is the version to get if you face Metro Manila traffic every day. Rivals include the Toyota Wigo and Raize and the Suzuki S-Presso, and now the electric BYD Seagull at ₱968,000 and Geely's own EX2 at ₱938,000 are worth a look too. For a first car on a tight budget, the lower price also means a smaller down payment and a lighter chattel mortgage.
Who it is for: First-time buyers and small families who want a new, higher-riding city car for under ₱800,000.

Geely GX3 Pro FAQ
How much is the Geely GX3 Pro in 2026?
₱729,000 for the S MT and ₱799,000 for the Comfort CVT, per ZigWheels Philippines in November 2026. Geely Philippines doesn't post SRPs on its site, so confirm with a dealer and ask about current promos.
Is the GX3 Pro an SUV?
Not really. It is a small hatchback with raised suspension and 185 mm of ground clearance. The clearance helps on rough roads and during floods, but the cabin and cargo space are city-car sized.
Manual or CVT GX3 Pro?
If you drive in Metro Manila traffic every day, the extra ₱70,000 for the Comfort CVT is worth it. The S MT suits buyers who want the lowest price and mostly drive on open provincial roads.
