Bronco overview
The Bronco went on sale in the Philippines in 2024, and the lineup has not changed since: one version, the Outer Banks with the Sasquatch Package. Ford's July 2026 price list has it at ₱4,998,000, the same figure Top Gear Philippines reported at launch, and the August 2026 site menu showed the same starting price. Azure Gray paint costs ₱20,000 extra; the other five colors are Eruption Green, Race Red, Cactus Gray, Oxford White and Shadow Black.
Power comes from a 2.7-liter EcoBoost twin-turbo V6 with 330 hp and 555 Nm, a 10-speed automatic and a 4x4 system with automatic on-demand engagement and electronic locking front and rear differentials. The Sasquatch Package is what gives it serious ground clearance: 292 mm, with 850 mm of water-wading capacity. The terrain modes are called GOAT, short for 'goes over any type of terrain', and include Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery, Mud/Ruts and Sand. The roof and doors can be removed. The Bronco is 4,811 mm long, 2,190 mm wide including mirrors and rides on a 2,950 mm wheelbase.
This is a toy for people who will use it, and an expensive one. For the price of a Bronco you could buy a V6 Ford Everest Platinum and still have about ₱2.1 million left, and the Everest has seven seats and a diesel engine. Where the Bronco wins is character and off-road hardware: locking diffs at both ends, huge clearance and an open-air option that no Everest offers. Running costs need honest thought. A gasoline V6 on big all-terrain tires will drink fuel in city traffic, and replacement tires and parts for an imported model may take time to arrive. Ask about parts availability and service intervals before reserving one.
Who it is for: Well-funded off-road enthusiasts who want a removable-roof 4x4 with factory locking differentials and big ground clearance.
